Lawn Technician W/ NaturaLawn of America

Who we are: NaturaLawn of America is The Leader in Organic-Based Lawn Care, specializing in lawn fertilization, weed control, etc. and lawn establishment. We do not provide landscaping services such as mowing or edging.

What we do: For more than 30 years, our proprietary organic-based lawn care program has been helping homeowners throughout Hampton Roads have the lawn they want without the excessive use of harsh chemicals and pesticides.

Culture: Our team members are a diverse workforce. Current team members` experience level ranges from 3 months to 30 years, and they thrive on helping/mentoring one another to achieve goals. We are a promotion from within organization and strive to create an environment where you can grow as well.

Hours: 7:30a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday is a typical workweek, and RARELY do we work on a Saturday. We want you to be able to spend time with your friends and family after work and on the weekends.

Pay: Payroll is Bi-weekly and those without industry experience can expect to earn $45,000 in their first year. Experienced candidates will be offered a starting hourly rate based on your experience and relevant licensing held. Finally, if overtime is ever needed, you will be paid time and a half for every hour worked after 40.

Benefits: Employees are offered enrollment in our benefits program after 90 days. Dental, medical, prescription, vision coverage as well as 401K are all included. After 60 days, you also get paid time off and paid holidays.

Requirements: NaturaLawn of America is a drug-free work environment. You must have a clean, valid (non-suspended) driver's license. Applicants with a DUI, at-fault accident, or speeding ticket within the last three years are ineligible for the position. Applicants must be able to consistently lift 50 pounds or more throughout the workday. EEOC.
