E.L. Hamm & Associates, Incorporated seeks a full-time facilities maintenance professional with experience performing grounds and building management. Experience with the following is expected:
- Drywall and Painting Repairs (commercial/residential)
- Plumbing
- Basic Landscaping and Building Maintenance.
HVAC , Electrical, Flooring, or Roofing experience is preferred.
A clean driving and criminal record is required.
Salary is dependent upon experience and skills.
