Delivery Driver

Seeking reliable, independent, detail-oriented, hardworking individuals for Full-time or Part-time positions with Genesis Enterprises, LLC, delivering packages to join our growing team! 

Candidates are responsible for safely and accurately delivering packages to customers, using our navigation app to complete deliveries, providing excellent customer service, and working independently while being a part of a dynamic team. Successful delivery drivers are problem solvers, excellent communicators focused on getting the job done!

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Safely handle and deliver packages on time.
• Safely drive and perform vehicle safety inspections on the Company vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions. 
• Lift/carry packages up to 50 pounds. 
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicles.
• Repeatedly exiting and entering the delivery van during shifts.
• Use smartphone for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, communicating with leadership, and clocking in/out.
• Support the team in daily work requirements.

Ideal candidates must be/have:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 21 years of age or older
• Unrestricted driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing, and communication skills
• Strong work ethic and great attitude

The typical work week is 4 10-hour days. One weekend day is a must. Two 15-minute paid breaks and one unpaid 30-minute lunch break per day.
