Open role for Virginia Beach:

Maintenance Technician - Responsible for ensuring all property equipment is functioning, premises are maintained in pristine condition, and guest rooms are in good repair. Perform repairs, preventative maintenance inspections, and complete tasks outlined in the Green Shield Binder in accordance with company standards. Maintain cleanliness of building interior and exterior, grounds, walkways, and common areas. Ensure all fire safety equipment is operational and compliant with local ordinances.
