INIT also has offices in Seattle, WA.Job ResponsibilitiesKeeping an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse.Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor.Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping.Managing all merchandise with appropriate care.Assisting with training of newly employed workers.Scanning labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destinationSkills and CompetenciesWarehouse job experience 0-2 yearsStrong interpersonal skills to work with team members, clients and suppliers.Negotiation skills to work with suppliers and make better deals for the company.An understanding of purchase order software platforms.Good attention to detail to ensure all purchase orders are accurate.Physical SkillsRequired up to 50 lbs.The work will require you to position yourself regularly to be stationary for 50% of your work-day, and ascend/descend stairs, and kneeling and/or squatting for the remainder of your work-day.Must have a valid Driver's License.Exposed to work environments that may contain dirt and dust.EducationHigh School Diploma requiredGraduate of a polytechnic/technical college or technical degree preferred.Benefits: INIT offers challenging tasks and responsibilities in a successful team with a pleasant working atmosphere and the opportunity for personal and professional growth.
