Description:

Overview The Fulfillment Specialist coordinates branch replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure timely, accurate delivery across the network. This position acts as a liaison among branch warehouses, distribution centers, and the Supply Chain team.Responsibilities Execute branch replenishment orders and fulfillment activities.Coordinate with branch managers, general managers, distribution center leadership, and Supply Chain partners.Monitor order status, shipment progress, and delivery timelines, and communicate updates and potential delays.Serve as the primary point of contact for fulfillment-related inquiries.Partner with distribution centers and the Inventory team to resolve discrepancies and service interruptions.Create and maintain fulfillment documentation and system updates.Utilize ERP systems, Excel, and reporting tools to manage activities and support decision‑making.Identify and escalate fulfillment risks or process issues to relevant stakeholders.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance communication, efficiency, and service levels.Maintain organized records and documentation related to fulfillment and replenishment.Comply with internal controls, company policies, and supply‑chain procedures.Champion Core Values: meritocracy, accountability, ownership, quality service, growth, humility, and respect.Report to work on time each working day and perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).1–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, customer service, operations, fulfillment, distribution.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Customer‑service mindset with proactive problem‑solving.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.Experience with ERP systems or business software (preferred).Analytical ability to identify issues and follow established processes.Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a growth‑oriented environment.Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and follow‑through.Interest in a long‑term career within Supply Chain (inventory planning, distribution operations, procurement).Working Conditions Primarily office‑based with standard business hours. Work involves frequent use of computers, ERP systems, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
