Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or medical facility concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including hallways, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and assist with visitor and staff traffic flow, helping to support a professional environment and clear communication during routine and elevated situations; Document observations, incidents, and/or policy-related concerns, and communicate with site contacts, local responders, and Allied Universal leadership as needed
