The Budd Group - - Responsibilities: Assist in evaluating, repairing, and performing minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks; Handle basic carpentry, drywall prep, painting, and structural repairs; Receive, execute, and complete work orders in a timely manner while keeping accurate records of materials and labor; Follow all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout and proper use of PPE; Escort outside contractors or inspectors when needed; report complex issues to the supervisor
