Vitality Senior Living - 4701 Pretty Lake Avenue - Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities, simple treatments, and emotional health and/or behavioral issues as indicated in service plans; Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of resident needs and preferences; Observe and report resident problems to LPN (if on duty) or Medication Tech/Aid; Attend and participate in onboarding, annual and in-service training and team member meetings, as requested; Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director
