Onboarding & Licensing: Review and process new hire paperwork and files. Manage sales licenses (new, transfers, and terminations) and distribute updated license lists to all store locations. Systems Management: Update employee information in our system, including pay changes, transfers, and title changes. Manage payroll data entry for taxes, direct deposit, and address updates. Compliance & Driving Records: Monitor DMV records via the monitoring system, maintain the "Do Not Drive" list, and coordinate with the CFO and managers on driver eligibility. Corporate Support: Provide administrative aid (memos, reports, filing, and faxing) for HR, Recruiting, Training, and Marketing departments. Also serves as backup for the HR Receptionist. Training & Orientation: Conduct weekly New Employee Orientations, featuring company history, policies, and OSHA safety videos.
