The Virginia Beach Police Department is seeking a critically thinking and self-learning Business Application Specialist I to assist with upcoming technology-related departmental projects while maintaining existing systems and equipment. This position operates in a fast-paced environment and will serve as a key member of the Police Department Technology Unit. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Provide day-to-day support and account management for Records Management software and several other systems such as Axon RMS, Evidence.com, and/or other applications such Tyler Brazos system, CAD system, Shot. Spotter, L - In. X, Livescan. Assist with the implementation of future application modules. Serve as power-user for mobile device management software (MDM) and cell phone provider portal.
