Minimum Requirements Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Virginia Physical Therapy license required prior to the start of the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Home health experience required. Ability to perform admissions, recertifications, discharges, evaluations, and routine patient visits in home settings. Reliable transportation for patient visits and willingness to be reimbursed for mileage between visits. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Portsmouth coverage areas. Flexible and dependable with strong time-management skills. Knowledge of home health documentation and productivity expectations. Assignment Details Shift schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. Coverage areas include Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Portsmouth, VA. No weekend or on-call requirement. Mileage reimbursement provided between first and last patient visits.
