Location: 3100 Shore Drive, Virginia Beach, VA Reports to: Dining Room Supervisor FLSA: Non-Exempt (Hourly) Schedule: Part-Time, Day and Night Shift Available, No late nights. As a Dining Room Team Member at Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our residents and guests. You'll provide friendly, courteous, and efficient table service while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with seniors, values teamwork, and takes pride in high-quality service.

What You'll Do In This Role

• Greet and seat residents with warmth and respect
• Take and deliver food & beverage orders with accuracy and care
• Keep tables clean, organized, and inviting
• Work as a server, busser, host/hostess, runner, or cashier
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to provide excellent service
• Follow all health and safety protocols
• All other duties as assigned.

The Experience You'll Bring

Required

• Must be 16 years or older
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and communication skills
• Flu-Vaccinated

Preferred

• Hospitality or food service experience is a plusbut not required!

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Range: $16.40
