Fulfillment Operations Support

Life Protect 24/7 is dedicated to encouraging independent lifestyles by providing medical alert devices. We are looking for an engaged individual to support our fulfillment operations in efficiently packing and shipping orders for our customers.

Under supervision of the Fulfillment Supervisor, you will assist the Processing Team in fulfilling and shipping devices for new orders, and devices, accessories, and/or paperwork for existing orders. You will be expected to correctly and accurately fulfill outbound orders, accept inbound deliveries, and complete prep work to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery to our customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Package of all outbound orders, including fulfillment of orders from Sales, Customer Service, and Technical Support departments
• Complete packaging for orders from the New Order Fulfillment Specialist, Device Fulfillment Specialist, and the Fulfillment Associate.
• Prep work to ensure quick and timely fulfillment of all outbound orders
• Assist in daily USPS pickup by ensuring outbound orders are picked up for delivery
• Maintain inventory of USPS shipping equipment
• Accepts inbound deliveries and ensures accuracy when accepting deliveries
• Assist in keeping general warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Keep warehouse stocked with shipping supplies from outside storage

What You Offer:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse experience
• Ability to perform packaging duties associated with the fulfillment process
• Experience multitasking and maintaining deadlines
• Ability to pull, bend, stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to use refurbishment tools and general warehouse equipment, PPE, and lifting/moving of boxes (less than or equal to 50 lbs).

Pay: $14/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
