Coordinate with Project Managers and carpenters to align finishing schedules with broader construction timelines. Protect client property by securing flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures throughout the painting and curing process. Mentor junior team members by sharing advanced finishing techniques and technical knowledge of coatings. Maintain a safe and organized job site while upholding the company's reputation for superior customer service.

Minimum of 10 years of professional painting experience, specifically within the residential remodeling sector. Advanced proficiency in the operation and maintenance of professional-grade spray systems and application tools. Comprehensive understanding of surface preparation and the chemistry of various architectural coatings. Proven ability to deliver clean lines and professional finishes under strict project deadlines.
