Plan, schedule, and conduct regular coordination meetings with project stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and budgets. Interpret and apply project blueprints, specifications, and contractual requirements to guide field operations. Implement and enforce site-specific safety plans, ensuring full compliance with OSHA and federal safety standards. Supervise and direct field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project milestones with high-quality workmanship. Develop, monitor, and maintain construction schedules; proactively identify risks and implement solutions to prevent delays. Manage procurement by ordering materials and coordinating inspections throughout the project lifecycle. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Prepare and manage project closeout activities, including punch lists and final inspections. Ensure all site personnel adhere to established safety protocols and immediately address any hazards. Coordinate safety audits and inspections in collaboration with corporate safety teams; support quality control initiatives. Maintain an organized, efficient, and compliant job site environment. Communicate effectively through written and verbal channels, fostering collaboration across diverse teams. Coordinate and lead final inspections with government agencies and engineering representatives.
