You'll work closely with experienced technicians and installers to: Prepare surfaces and materials for installation Assist with installation of commercial air barrier systems Measure, cut, and install membranes, tapes, and sealants Work alongside experienced installers to learn the trade Follow job site safety standards and PPE requirements Operate spray foam and air barrier equipment safely and efficiently Apply insulation and air barrier materials according to project specifications Ensure quality and airtight seals for energy-efficient buildings Maintain clean and safe job sites while following all safety protocols What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work at heights in various weather conditions Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable transportation Strong work ethics and willingness to learn Ability to work as part of a team Must be willing to work evenings and weekends Must be willing to travel Preferred (But Not Required) Experience in construction, insulation, or general labor Familiarity with spray foam and air barrier products Familiarity with hand and power tools OSHA 10/30 preferred but not required Basic understanding of building codes, energy efficiency, and/or commercial construction Strong communication skills Skills You'll Develop Spray foam and air barrier installation techniques Equipment operation and maintenance Quality control and project execution Safety and compliance on commercial and government construction sites Teamwork and communication with supervisors and coworkers Start your career in commercial construction today, apply now and join a growing, safety-focused team that invests in your development!
