Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in legal debt collection, familiarity with General District Court procedures, and a basic understanding of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). The ideal candidate will support various legal processes and ensure strict compliance with all applicable laws. This role also includes attending court with the attorney for unlawful detainer hearings and garnishment dockets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare unlawful detainers, warrants, liens and writs
• Assist with garnishment processes.
• Gather necessary documentation.
• Communicate with clients and courts.
• Proofread and Maintain accurate case files and ensure all deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in General District Court.
• Garnishment experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
