Carmax - 3801 Bonney Road - Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, balancing overflow traffic, listening to and answering customer questions and explaining paperwork process; Process paperwork associated with retail/wholesale automobile sales including printing daily reports, deal jackets, contacting finance companies; Manage multiple pay types including receiving and counting money, distributing funds, preparing deposits; Mentor new Business Office Associates and train other store departments on Business Office process and procedure; Answers multi-line phone system and direct calls as appropriate
