Physical Therapist - PT (PHYT) - General

Location: Newport News, VA

Pay: $41 - $43.50 hourly

Shift: 08:00:00 - 16:30:00

Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist - PT (PHYT) to join the General team of a respected healthcare organization. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals looking to work in a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.

Note: This is a direct placement opportunity. Travelers will not be considered for this role. The selected candidate will be hired directly by our client. Benefits and other employment terms may vary.

Key Responsibilities/Job Requirements:
• Provide physical therapy services in skilled nursing facility setting
• Work Monday through Friday schedule with weekend coverage as needed
• Float between facilities as required
• Deliver patient care and rehabilitation services
• Maintain professional standards and documentation requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist - PT (PHYT) license in good standing (state-specific)
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant General experience preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
