- Apply Change Management standards to approve, reject, or return maintenance requests based on risk, timing, documentation quality, and network impact.
- Schedule and deconflict maintenance activities to ensure redundant network paths, critical services, and customer SLAs are not simultaneously impacted.
- Manage and maintain the master maintenance and change calendar, enforcing maintenance embargoes and network freeze periods as required.
- Create, post, and manage maintenance and change tickets within approved OSS/BSS and ticketing systems.
- Generate and distribute internal, customer, and vendor maintenance notifications in accordance with defined communication and SLA requirements.
- Coordinate with Engineering, NOC, Field Operations, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure readiness and execution of approved changes.

- Support Post-Implementation Reviews (PIRs) and assist with root cause analysis for failed or customer-impacting changes.
- Produce daily and weekly change and maintenance status reports for leadership and operational stakeholders.
- Manage emergency change requests and verify they align with established risk-assessment criteria and approval workflows.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, audit artifacts, and documentation supporting change management activities.
- Provide after-hours or on-call support as needed.
