Sentara Obici Hospital is hiring a Supervisor, Nursing and Patient Care services to join our medical surgical team! This is a full time, second shift role in Suffolk, VA. Hours/ Days: 5 PM to 3 AM Monday to Thursday on Week 1, 5 PM to 3 AM Tuesday to Friday Week 2. With a 21-bed capacity, an RN-to-patient ratio of 1:5 or 6, and PC - Ts assisting with an average of 10 or 11 patients, the unit offers a collaborative, supportive environment ideal for both new graduates and experienced nurses seeking to enhance their skillset . East Surgery Unit is a 24-bed unit specializing in orthopedics, spine, and bariatrics, designed to provide high-quality, short-stay care.
