Fresh Tech Job Responsibilities:
Promotes healthy plant-based food consumption by educating customers; selling menu and retail items, preparing and serving a variety of foods, including acai bowls, liquid meals, waffles, toast, salads, and wraps.
Fresh Tech Job Duties:
-Welcomes customers warmly and helps determine their health interests and needs.
-Greets every customer with eye contact and a smile, and thanks them for visiting.
-Educates customers by presenting and explaining the liquid meal and food menu; answering questions surrounding menu items and ingredients.
-Follows the Manager's guidance when it comes to training, food preparation, and service.
-Be able and willing to be deployed to any role that serves both the team and the business. Prepares and sells all menu items by following specific recipes and preparation techniques.
-Provides a healthy consistent product.
-Executes proper portion control with all ingredients.
-Generates revenues by attracting new customers, and creating lifelong customers.
-Maintains inventories by replenishing supplies, putting away orders, stocking refrigerators, prepping small and large batch of ingredients and menu items.
-Uses knives appropriately and safely.
-Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; and performing preventive maintenance.
-Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
-Maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and kitchen.
-Operating the cash register and handling cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies.
-Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, and implementing company changes.
-Enhances brand reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
