Description
Main Purpose of the role:
• Researches and compares available travel and hotel accommodations that provide by the travel agencies to identify the best available option for travel need.
• When travel arrangements are within approved travel reasons and budget limits, make all arrangements and reservation as required
• Prepares travel itineraries and distributions travel arrangement and schedules to all appropriate staff
• Obtains approval from leadership for travel request and expenses exceed established limits
• Advise travelers of and assists with any need for travel documents
• Processes reimbursement for travel expenses and ensure the compliance of the travel polices.
• Monthly travel statement matching to ensure the accuracy of the Travel Purchase order creation.
• Timely & accurately Administration Purchase order creation
• Prepare travel monthly analysis reports to accounting team for the month/quarter/year end closings
• Responding to the Head office travel team to address any concerns & issues, coordinating with Head office for communicating any policies updates
• Performs other related duties as assigned
