Summary:

Goldbelt Global, LLC is seeking an Operations Support Associate to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Support Manager, this role will assist in the day-to-day operations across various departments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Perform operational functions with minimal supervision, including logistics coordination, order processing, and customer service support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and implement process improvements
  • Generate reports and maintain documentation related to inventory tracking and operational activities
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless coordination and execution of tasks
  • Assist with processing Federal Firearm License and Federal Explosives License related transactions
  • Gather and organize relevant information and documentation required for business proposals
  • Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures
  • Utilize inventory management systems to track stock levels, monitor inventory movement, and update records as necessary
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Handle inner/inter-company receiving, inventory and shipping
  • Procure office supplies, furniture, and other necessary items
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse management software
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately
  • Willingness to travel for training and business development opportunities
  • Flexibility adapting to changing priorities and work schedules
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of quality, safety, and compliance in the workplace
  • Ability to repetitively lift to 50 lbs., stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 - 2 years of previous experience in administration and warehouse operations or operations support roles preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to pass a Federal and State background check for Federal Firearms Licenses
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience performing similar duties
  • Familiarity with 8(a) certification, ISO certification, and business development processes
  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements


Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 annually.
