Pipe Welders - Industrial / Marine

Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Start: March 2026 | Full-Time

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced Pipe Welders for industrial and marine projects in the Virginia Beach area. These are long-term positions with steady hours and the opportunity to work with a respected contractor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, or copper-nickel piping.
  
• Perform TIG and Stick welding to meet quality and code standards.
  
• Prep, fit, and align pipe joints prior to weld.
  
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and isometric drawings.
  
• Maintain safety procedures and high-quality workmanship.

• 3+ years of pipe welding experience in industrial, shipyard, or marine environments.
  
• Must be able to pass a weld test.
  
• Experience with TIG & Stick required (flux core a plus).
  
• Must have basic welding tools, PPE, and reliable transportation.
  
• Ability to work in elevated or confined spaces when needed.
