O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships; Quickly and accurately take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, direct efforts to pick and stage parts for delivery, and route delivery specialists; Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards; Verify all product/merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before customers leave the store; Assist on front counter as needed and on the retail counter as needed
