Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific, security-related procedures, access control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a tech and/or media location; Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, parking areas, building entrances, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential hazards; Monitor alarms, cameras, and other building systems as assigned, and report irregular conditions, suspicious activity, and/or policy concerns to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, directing foot traffic, and coordinating with local first responders when requested; Complete detailed shift documentation including patrol logs, incident reports, and visitor and/or access control records, and communicate key information during post handoff
