Johnson Controls - - Responsibilities: Receive service calls from Service Resource Center and diagnose equipment problems; Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications; Read and interpret blueprints, submittals, and manuals to guide repairs; Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and obtain signatures for service acknowledgements; Participate in an on-call rotation and travel as required
