Position: Forklift Operator

Pay: $16.00/hour
Shifts:
• 1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:15pm
• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:15pm
• 3rd Shift: 11:00pm - 7:15am

The Lee Group is hiring experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operators for a fast-paced, well-organized warehouse facility in Virginia Beach, VA. These are full-time, temp-to-hire positions offering steady hours and opportunities to grow with a strong, reliable team.

If you're detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced with stand-up forklifts in narrow aisle environments, this is your chance to take the next step in your warehouse career.

Job Responsibilities of Forklift Operators:
• Pick and stage orders accurately for shipping or restocking
• Operate stand-up forklifts in narrow aisles to move inventory
• Load and unload trailers and trucks safely and efficiently
• Shrink-wrap outbound pallets for shipment
• Conduct inventory checks and maintain accuracy
• Perform general warehouse tasks based on daily priorities

Job Qualifications of Forklift Operators:
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience operating stand-up/narrow aisle forklifts
• Minimum 6 months of recent forklift experience preferred
• Comfortable working at elevated heights
• Strong attention to safety, efficiency, and teamwork
• Dependable with a positive, team-first mindset
