Skilled Laborer
Schedule is typically 7am to 3:30pm M-F +OT when needed
Pay: $20 -$21/hr, paid weekly

Our Client is a leading provider in modular buildings which includes; modular office spaces as well as classrooms. This is a career opportunity with a great company and competitive wages.
This position is a temp-to- permanent hire position directly with the company.
The ideal candidate will have a background in construction and heavy labor.

Job duties :

• Assist other Service Technicians with refurbishment of trailers
• Inventory and site clean up
• Clean up and detailing of modular office trailers and classrooms

Potential of position :

• Perform refurbishment from top to bottom, including floors, walls, framing, windows.
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows.
• Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, and other materials
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
• Maintain a safe work environment and practice safe work habits per company policies.

Requirements :

• Minimum 1 year of recent construction, carpentry experience, or directly related experience
• Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
• Background and Drug testing
