We are seeking a full-time (40 hrs per week) Call Center Agent to act as a Virtual Receptionist, providing the friendly, professional voice our customers depend on. Since we deliver exceptional service 24/7, 365 days a year, this role requires availability to work a weekend day and holidays.
This role is ideal for those who thrive under pressure as the day to day involves skillfully managing a high-volume of incoming calls and chats. You'll be tasked with providing an exceptional experience for callers while maintaining service quality and meeting performance expectations.
To excel in this role, you should have a typing speed of 40WPM, proficient computer skills, and the ability to multitask using two monitors. We are seeking self-motivated, accountable individuals with a warm demeanor who remain composed when assisting upset callers. Success here requires strong attention to detail in writing and a consistent dedication to reliable attendance and schedule adherence.
This is an in-office position at either our Chesapeake, VA, or Virginia Beach, VA location. All interviews will take place at our Chesapeake office.
Preferred, but not required:
Competitive Pay: Earn a premium rate of $21/hour by maintaining perfect attendance. This includes punctuality at the shift start, timely returns from breaks, and full shift completion. The base rate without perfect attendance is $19/hour.
