Customer Growth Representative

UniFirst is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Growth Representative. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and enhancing relationships with our existing customers. Your main objective will be to foster organic growth and profitability by introducing additional products and services tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support current clients by identifying new opportunities and maximizing their partnership with UniFirst through additional products, services, and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Service team to devise strategic initiatives aimed at expanding our market presence.
  • Facilitate presentation meetings with potential clients as needed.
  • Achieve a target of 80 weekly activities, encompassing 8 Facility Needs Analysis meetings, 3 presentations, and 1 successful sale.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma is required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with mobile technology, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems.
  • Previous experience in outside business-to-business sales or route sales is a plus.
  • Must comply with UniFirst's auto insurance requirements if using a personal vehicle for business.
