Join our Team as a Maintenance Tech Apprentice!

Are you eager to kickstart your career in maintenance? Our 1-year training program offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on learning. As a Maintenance Technician Apprentice, you'll engage in vital preventive maintenance and repair tasks for buildings and industrial systems under expert supervision. You'll gain practical experience in a variety of trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, roofing, and HVAC systems.

What You'll Do:

  • Adhere to all relevant codes, regulations, and company directives related to building operations and safety.
  • Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to enhance your skills.
  • Carry out general labor and complete maintenance records as required.
  • Assist in the repair of building systems such as lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain the professionalism and appearance of the property and surrounding areas.
  • Support office relocations by providing necessary moving materials and assistance.

What You Need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Strong comprehension skills to interpret instructions and effectively communicate.
  • Basic digital literacy, including experience with work order systems and Microsoft Office Outlook.
  • The physical ability to perform tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing stairs, and standing for long periods.
