Job Title: 2nd Shift Packaging Operator
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour + $0.75 shift differential once training is complete
Hours: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday-Friday (Must be able to train for 1 month on the first shift from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday)

As a 2nd Shift Packaging Operator, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily operations within a team-based environment, ensuring the efficient assembly and packaging of products that contribute to life-saving solutions.
What You'll Do:
As a 2nd Shift Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Performing the final assembly of packaged products through hand assembly and semi-automated high-speed machinery in collaboration with your team.
- Following established procedures and work instructions to execute precise production tasks.
- Supervising the inspection of components and final products to maintain quality standards.
- Handling materials efficiently, including various components, vials, and finished goods.
- Supporting general packaging operations by assembling packaging and shipping components.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (proof required).
- A willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- A basic understanding or familiarity with large-scale manufacturing equipment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for operational tasks.
