What You'll Do. Maintain high visibility near the front entrance and survey the outside parking areas. Escort employees and/or customers as requested. Intervene with and effectively diffuse customer conflicts. Inspect perimeter doors, windows and gates to ensure high levels of security. Monitor store environment to deter undesirable activity on the property. Requirements. Current or former sworn law enforcement officer, U.S. military police, or federal law enforcement officer. Valid license to carry a firearm. Valid drivers license. Conflict management and problem-solving skills.
