Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly check all bags that enter the park and enforce policies and procedures regarding prohibited items
• Enforce policies in an assertive yet friendly and polite manner
• Provide guest and team member screening with the use of security wands to ensure the safety and security of the water park
• Perform opening and closing procedures to operational and cleanliness standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other employees
• Provide superior guest service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner
• Assist customers with all questions regarding Ocean Breeze Waterpark
• Follow Park policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to accept guidance and supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership
• Be aware, attentive, and work well with others
• Ability to work in shaded outdoor conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun-Protection

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time

We also offer a retention bonus of up to $500 for team members that average a certain number of hours per week during the qualifying time period and work through a specified date. Details about eligibility requirements for the Retention Bonus will be provided at a later date.

Pay Range: $14.50 per hour
