Job Description

As a Service Writer at Eastern Truck & Accessories, you will be at the forefront of the automotive industry. We are looking to filla full time position who will be responsible for operations, profitability, and customer satisfaction. A successful candidate will enhance our reputation by implementing new and different strategies to improve overall business objectives and add value to the customer's experience. You will use your expert knowledge to understand and explain the customer's needs to staff for satisfactory service delivery. Scheduling appointments, processing orders and monitoring delivery are key duties to build and maintain customer relationships.
