Responsibilities
Compiles initial information for pr og ram records by completing pre-screening of applicants.
Ensureconfidentiality of data is maintained at all times.
Ensure complianceof policies and procedures with all applicable regulatory requirements as itrelates to data entry.
Assists in thecollection of client profiles and quality improvement data.
Posts/enters theresults of client intake and updates the electronic database.
Assists with month-end and year-end reporting requirementsby ensuring data quality errors are corrected.
Assistsin auditing records for ongoing compliance.
Other duties asassigned.
Requirements
Requires a High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience working in a high volume data entry services setting. Experience working with Veterans preferred.
Must have anagreeable personality and work in a fast-paced and intense work situation.
Must have andmaintain a valid Virginia Operators License.
