What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance
• Assess the nature of the member's distress and ensure their immediate safety
• Maintain composure and empathy during high-intensity calls
• Relay critical information to internal and external teams for prompt dispatching
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of Emergency Roadside Service

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Prior customer service experience; call center experience is preferred
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment while providing excellent customer service
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Empathy and a strong desire to assist members in distress
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish
• Advanced computer skills and ability to multitask effectively
