Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $19.00/hr

This role is located in Virginia Beach, VA. Pay is $18.50/hr and the schedule is Monday?Friday 8:00?am?4:30?pm, with overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and inspect incoming materials against packing slips or purchase orders, ensuring conformity to PO specifications and accurate information is entered into the Inventory Database.
• Process returns in a timely manner.
• Maintain inventory control procedures and best practices to optimize inventory accuracy and efficiency using stock rotation, storage, and picking plans.
• Accurately perform inventory counts on all stocked warehouse items, keeping inventory items at correct usage levels and reporting shortages promptly.
• Collaborate with cross?functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance inventory management efficiency.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in an inventory position.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem?solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software; NetSuite a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast?paced environment.
• Ability to work on your feet, lifting up to 50?lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
