Facilities Maintenance Technician
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus | Agency Vehicle | Full Benefits
Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm | Rotating On-call
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs across agency facilities
- Utilize skills in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of building systems
- Respond to facility needs in a timely and professional manner
- Demonstrated experience in electrical, plumbing, and/or carpentry
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening
- Valid driver's license
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Agency van provided for work-related travel and on-call responsibilities
- All tools and equipment supplied by the agency
