Order Picker – Weekend Shift
About the Role
Join our growing team as an Order Picker and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This weekend shift position is perfect for reliable, motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. You'll handle shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment while working with modern technology and a supportive team.
What You'll Do
Accurately pick and move materials to fulfill customer orders
Package and stage products for shipment or internal use
Load and unload trucks while maintaining precise records
Restock inventory and keep the warehouse organized
Use RF scanners, tablets, and computers to manage inventory systems
Collaborate with coworkers to meet team goals and deliver customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
Experience with order picking, inventory control, or warehouse operations
Familiarity with RF scanners and basic computer skills
Strong organizational and communication abilities
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule & Environment
Weekend shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Non-climate-controlled warehouse (may reach up to 90°F in summer)

This is a Contract position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
