Our client, a leading organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting logistics and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Portsmouth, VA

Pay Range: $17.85

Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Operate forklifts, manual pallet jacks, and rolling pushcarts to move products within the warehouse

• Package and label customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Inspect incoming products and verify against shipping manifests for accuracy

• Utilize computer systems to process receipts, putaways, picks, and replenishments

• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to perform basic math, read, understand, and follow written operating procedures

• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand or crouch for extended periods

• Reliable transportation to work

• Willingness to work occasional overtime and adhere to safety rules
