Join our team as a Part-Time Shopper Assistant!

This role offers you the chance to provide outstanding service to our customers in a rewarding, fast-paced environment. As a key player in our Personal Shopper program, you'll help deliver a pleasant shopping experience for all guests. In this position, you will assist with shopping for online orders, load orders for customers, and occasionally take on bagging or cashier duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Demonstrate exceptional service; greet each customer warmly, maintain a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction is pleasant.
• Order Management: Download and shop internet orders, bag groceries according to company policy, and stage orders for customers.
• Professional Appearance: Present a clean, neat, and professional appearance at all times, adhering to company grooming standards.
• Punctuality and Reliability: Arrive on time for shifts and communicate any scheduling issues promptly, at least two hours in advance.
• Product Knowledge: Help customers locate products, inform management of inventory issues, and stay updated on current promotions.
• Collaboration: Work well with fellow associates, assist them when needed, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
• Cleanliness and Safety: Keep the store clean and follow all safety regulations, promptly reporting any hazards.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various tasks throughout the shift.
