Federal Financial and Business Analysis: Strategy, Transformation, and Optimization

We are seeking qualified professionals for future contract opportunities in the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area. This is not a current open position but an opportunity to express interest in potential future roles. Candidates will be considered for upcoming contracts that align with their expertise and qualifications.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Design and implement strategies to improve, innovate, or optimize processes
• Business, finance or digital transformation, formulation, execution, reporting
• Budget, cost, performance management; strategic planning
• BPI/BPR, agile approach and methodologies, business process analysis
• DoD PPBE, Resource Allocation Plan, Congressional budget processes
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau)

Qualifications (Preferred):

• Federal background
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, Transformation Analyst, or Management Consultant.
• Strong understanding of business, financial, and digital transformation principles.
• Hands-on experience with budgeting, cost management, and strategic planning.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and other data visualization tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Active clearance (Secret)
• US Citizenship required for clearances
