Service Receptionist Wanted At Priority Honda Chesapeake

Priority Honda Chesapeake, part of the Lithia & Driveway family, is looking for a friendly and professional Service Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our service department. If you enjoy helping people, have strong communication skills, and want to join a supportive team, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Pay: $15 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Greet customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy
• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Direct calls to the appropriate department or team member
• Provide information about services and ensure a positive customer experience
• Assist the service team with administrative support as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, and reliable
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Must be able to work Saturdays
