Construction Laborer - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is now seeking Construction Laborers for a long-term Naval Base Project in Norfolk, VA!

Trillium is looking to hire several Construction workers that also may have some experience performing Hole watch/Firewatch duties.

Will be doing several different tasks, including operating power/hand tools, assisting different trades on site, and making sure jobsite is safe and clean at all times. The job is on a Naval Base in Norfolk, VA. Shift will all be first shift starting at 6:30 AM and will be working 55 hours per week, typically working 6 days a week. Pay is $25.62/hour as this is a prevailing wage job. Per diem will be $100/days worked for those that qualify. This is a long-term job as the work could last until 2026! The job will be helping out other trades as they connect beams, steel, and modules that were shipped to the base and need to be re-done. The work will be installed for a new refueling complex in the shipyard. Looking to get folks ASAP!

Must be able to pass military background check - No felonies in the last 7 years, no misdemeanors in the last 5. Must be US Citizen or Naturalized Citizen to get on base - Must have all ironworking tools, and wear PPE to go with. Must have reliable transportation to and from the site.
