Overview
We are seeking to fill the role of Mail Clerk. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with clients, industry partners and internal teams to maximize outcomes for homeowners.
Responsibilities
• Sort, log and distribute incoming emails and mail correspondences within 24 hours of receipt.
• Mail loss mitigation packages and other correspondence to borrowers, custodians and clients.
• Prepare and verify the accuracy of modification packages and title policies prior to shipping to custodians and clients.
• Record account notes for incoming and outgoing mail.
• Verify and log all documents sent to the storage vendor.
• Organize and file documents in filing systems.
• All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experienced using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to multi-task.
