We are actively hiring a Cyber Targeting Officer to join our team working in Tyson's, VA. Candidates will have at least three years of cyber security experience to support operational requirements. The positions require a strong understanding of digital networks, targeting concepts, and experience with the customer's tools, systems and operations. Successful candidates will have strong investigative skills, self-starters, can identify issues and offer solutions, and are able to collaborate and work both independently and as part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

• At least three (3) years of experience performing work related to the position and an understanding of digital networks, network architecture, network penetration testing (pentesting), network security and management products, web services, and layer 3/layer 2 configuration files. Demonstrated strong investigative skills to perform independent analysis on a variety of data sets to find elements of interest, whether it be computing and mobile devices, network activity, or individuals.
• Experience with internet applications and protocols, such as Windows and Linux operating systems, SQL, Hadoop, or other DBMS. An understanding of scripting languages such as Python.
• Network traffic analysis experience using Wireshark, Suricata, and nDPI, to baseline standard activity and identify anomalies.
• The ability or interest in leveraging new technologies, including FINTECH.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in areas such as Cybersecurity, Computer Networks, Network Administration, Computer Security, Information Systems or Computer Science.
• TS/SCI with poly required.
• Certifications to include CISSP, GIAC GPEN, CEH, OSCP, CNDA, and Sec+ are desired.
